Improvements to the WF Website

EXISTING ACCOUNT CUSTOMERS:

If you are a trade customer with an existing WF account and web login then you should continue to use the site as you have done historically. Logging in to your online account will allow you to see all of your individual product pricing and place orders as you have done in the past.

RETAIL AND NONE ACCOUNT CUSTOMERS:

To place an order with us has never been simpler, instead of having to visit us at the WF Local showroom, you can now pay for and place your order on line for home / site delivery or click and collect from our Andover headquarters.

Placing your order:

Browse our product range, add the required items to your basket then checkout as a guest or register for an online web account to be kept up to date with all-of our latest offers and news.

Paying for your order:

Currently you can make payments via credit / debit card or via Paypal, simply choose your preferred payment method when checking out.

Receiving your order:

All in stock items ordered before 4:30pm Monday - Thursday will be dispatched same day for next working day delivery. Orders placed before 4:30pm on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday.
